How can I pay? 

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shaadi Superstore Gift Card.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal and are encrypted for your safety. 

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online. 

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  

Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team by emailing, quoting your order number as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help in any way that we can.

The item that I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

Unfortunately, we can’t predict when we will receive more of the product, but if you’d like to email us at where we will be able to give you more information.

How can I return items

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our HQ.

Order cancellations must be made in writing via email or letter within 14 working days after the first day of possession. To cancel your order please contact us at or send a letter to our returns address shown below, including your order number to discuss next steps.

Your return needs to arrive back to our HQ within 14 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to send the item/s back to Shaadi Superstore’s warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.

To process a return, please follow these simple steps:

Please include your Full name, address, order number, reason for return.

•In original packaging

•Tags atached to the items

•No stains,hairs or odour on the items

•Must not have been worn or washed

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.

Shaadi Superstore does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Please allow 2 business days to process your return once it is received by our HQ.

Shaadi Superstore products must be returned by mail.

We offer refunds on all full price items and store credit on a e-gift card for sale items.

Sale & End of Line Items - Shaadi Superstore reserves the right to apply a £3.99 restocking fee for a final sale item.

It is advisable to keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Please note we do not offer free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item(s) back to us. Returns are not free.

I've received my order, but it's not what I ordered.

If you receive your parcel and there's a wrong, defective or missing item and you haven't received an email from us, please get in contact with our support team at and they will be able to assist you with this. 

Most of our items are popular, they can go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately, that means that occasionally we’re not able to send you all the items in your order. We understand that this can be very frustrating and we will issue you with a refund for your missing item.

We always try to let you know before your order is shipped that there is an out of stock item and issue you with a refund.

Package not delivered

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Shaadi Superstore, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Shaadi Superstore does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Do you issue refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds on all full price items and store credit on a e-gift card for items purchased in sale.

Shaadi Superstore reserves the right to apply a £3.99 restocking fee for a final sale item.

Please note refunds are not given for customised, personalised or made to order products.

Only products purchased through the Shaadi Superstore website may be returned to the company in accordance with the returns policy. Please return Shaadi Superstore products from authorised stockists to the place of purchase. These returns will be subject to the return policies of the retailer where the purchase was made. Refunds will be processed onto the same card used to make the original purchase.

What is a Special Order Product?

Special Order Products are sourced by us strictly to your order and are not held by us in our stock. No refunds or exchanges are available on these products.

How long do personalised & special orders take?

Please allow up to 6 weeks for a special order to be dispatched unless otherwise stated (please note that this is dependent on the type of product and lead times could be sooner). An email will be sent confirming an approximate date for your special order product. For further info on this please email our team who will be happy to discuss this with you.

Can I use more than one discount code?

If you have been provided with a discount code from us, this can't be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions that we have on. Unless otherwise stated. 

A discount code and a store credit code can't be used at the same time and only one can be used per order. 

If you have two discount codes, you can only apply one per order. 

If we have a sale or promotion on, then a discount code can't be used at the same time.

How long does shipping take and do you deliver internationally?

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 - 22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal/Bank holidays. We recommend choosing "Next day" Shipping for "Rush" Orders.
