Special order items/ Bulk order items - Special order items are items that we do not hold in stock. These product(s) will strictly & specifically be sourced by us and ordered in for you. These items can either take form of both products listed and marked as special order items or alternatively ordered via an email enquiry of products which may not be listed but sourced specifically for you.

No refunds or exchanges are available on these products.

In terms of lead times on please allow up to 6 weeks for a special order to be dispatched unless otherwise stated (please note that this is dependent on the type of product and lead times could be sooner). An email will be sent confirming an approximate date for your special order product. For further info on this please email our team who will be happy to discuss this with you.

Due to the high quantity nature of Bulk buy items these will also be considered as 'Special Order' items and therefore the same terms apply to these as special order items.

Personalised items - When a product can be personalised, there will be a personalise section on the product page that contains information on personalisation. Follow the steps to enter your personalisation.
The personalisation details will be displayed in your shopping bag, and the personalisation cost will be added to the product cost if applicable. Please note personalised items can not be returned or exchanged.
